About The Project:

Kimberley at Indeed called me one afternoon and said she was looking for a team building event like no other.  They had the budget and wanted to know if I had the creativity to dream up something that would thill several hundred of her colleagues and completely blow her boss away.

I put my team to work immediately, in thy sky and on the ground.  My vision was to build a dirt clod projectile that could be utilized in coordination with a helicopter over a war-like paintball field of exploding debris.   This required coordination between the design team and the flight vendors, permitting and logistics to  operate flights on site, test out explosions for safety and build an adrenaline rushing tournament of champions to win the bid.  Development also included on-boarding new event check-in and waiver software, running seven teams on site through time matched experiences, training a team of contract employees and managing the needs of various vendors.

Organizational skills aside, who could say no to a bid that included Salt Lick BBQ, a special FX stage production, zorb ball/ziplines/high fall airbag competitions and battlefield paintball tournaments with a giddy CEO flying overhead?   Making clients happy is as fun as the spreadsheets and explosions that finally deliver on all the promised thrill.

"We had and absolutely amazing time!  It was unlike anything we have ever experienced! Moments like these bond a team forever!  We owe you a huge thanks for bringing it all together.  You executed flawlessly."
