About The Project:

Homes by Avi has a large corporate office and presence in Canada but was a complete newcomer to the market in Austin, Texas.   Although there is a dedicated marketing department in Canada, only a few services were available to the Austin sector, and the proximity of the marketing department to this location was a huge barrier.  

 

Enter me.  My role was to act as a liaison between the Canada office, to ensure that all collateral was updated on the website and also to provide support to the model homes within the neighborhoods.  However, a website mention wasn't enough to drive traffic to the homes.  I put together a marketing strategy to begin leveraging current and local information through social media, as well as strategies to handle local advertising, promotional offers and events, and better leveraging the model home as a marketing asset.
